platforms.
Endercloud is a registered business under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium
Enterprises
(MSME), Government of India. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding
agreement between you and Endercloud. By accessing or using any of our services, you
agree to be bound by these Terms and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must read these Terms carefully before using our services. These Terms govern your
access to and use of all services, websites, and platforms provided by Endercloud.
In these Terms, the following words have specific meanings. Understanding these will help you better navigate the rest of the document.
"Endercloud" / "we" / "our" / "us" – Refers to the business entity operating under the name Endercloud, offering hosting and related services.
"You" / "your" / "user" / "customer" – Refers to any person or entity who accesses, uses, or registers for our services or website.
"Services" – Refers to any products, hosting solutions, features, platforms, or tools provided by Endercloud, including but not limited to game server hosting, VPS services, domain-related features, and customer support.
"Platform" – Refers to our website(s), control panels, and any other web-based systems provided by Endercloud to manage or access the services.
"Account" – Refers to the unique account created by a user to access and manage Endercloud services.
"Content" – Refers to any data, files, configurations, software, or other materials uploaded, transmitted, or stored through our platform.
"Agreement" – Refers to these Terms of Service and any other policies, documents, or terms that are part of your contractual relationship with Endercloud.
"Third-Party Services" – Refers to services, software, or tools that are not operated by Endercloud but may be integrated with or accessed through our platform.
• To access and use the services offered by Endercloud, you must meet the following eligibility conditions:
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• If you are under the legal age, you may use our services only with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You are not permitted to use our services if doing so violates any applicable laws, regulations, or international sanctions.
To access certain features or services, you must register for an account. When creating an account with Endercloud, you agree to the following:
• You must provide your real legal name and accurate, up-to-date contact information, including an active email address that you regularly monitor for important updates.
• You must select a unique and appropriate username that does not contain offensive, misleading, or impersonating content.
• You must create a strong, secure password and are encouraged to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to further protect your account.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username, password, and any 2FA codes) confidential and secure.
• In case of any unauthorized login or access, whether due to your own actions (such as weak passwords or credential leaks) or a verified security breach on Endercloud’s systems, you must immediately contact us for assistance through the support options provided on our platform.
• Endercloud will not be held liable for unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to use a strong password, maintain credential security, or enable 2FA.
When you create an account, you are required to select a unique username and password (collectively referred to as “Login Credentials”). By registering an account, you agree that:
• You must not share your account or Login Credentials with anyone.
• You may not sell, transfer, or grant access to your account or Login Credentials to any other person, nor offer to do so.
• You must keep your Login Credentials strictly confidential and secure.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any loss of data, service disruption, or charges incurred, unless caused by a verified breach on Endercloud’s systems.
• You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any suspected or confirmed breach of your account security, including unauthorized access or disclosure of your Login Credentials or payment details.
Unless otherwise explicitly permitted by us, each individual or entity may only maintain one active account with Endercloud. Creating multiple accounts to misuse promotional offers, circumvent restrictions, or abuse our platform is strictly prohibited.
• You may request to terminate your account and have your associated data deleted by contacting our support team using the available communication channels.
• Upon verification of your identity, we will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to your account or any of our services at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
• Violation of these Terms or any applicable policies
• Use of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during account creation.
• Engagement in abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
• Attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities or disrupt normal service operations.
• Sharing or reselling account access or platform features without proper authorization.
• Repeated reports or complaints regarding your account or hosted content.
• If your account is flagged due to lack of verifiable user information, we may request additional identification or supporting documents. Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in account termination, in which case, a refund for any unused services may be issued at our discretion.
• Termination of your account may result in the loss of access to all services, data, and associated content, including but not limited to virtual goods, billing information, and server resources. You acknowledge that Endercloud is not liable for any such loss resulting from termination due to violations of these Terms.
• For services described as "unlimited" or "unmetered," including but not limited to storage, bandwidth, or other tangible or intangible resources, clients are expected to adhere to a fair use standard. This ensures the continuity and quality of service for all clients. We reserve the right to enforce reasonable usage limits where necessary to maintain service integrity.
• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether a client has violated the fair use policy. In the event of such a determination, the company may terminate the client’s services immediately and without prior notice.
• We maintain a fair use threshold, whereby no client shall utilize more than 10% of overall system resources or allocated network bandwidth. If a client exceeds 5% but remains below 10%, they will receive written notice requesting immediate resolution. Failure to comply may result in further action per this agreement.
• Clients must exercise reasonable judgment and discretion to ensure their usage complies with the fair use policy.
Any applicable restrictions for the services outlined below will be specified at checkout. By proceeding with the purchase, you must indicate your acceptance of these restrictions by agreeing to an additional information section confirming your acknowledgment and agreement to the terms set forth.
• Minecraft/Game/All Server Services - Clients are required to follow the specific terms outlined in each product’s description, which may be updated from time to time. It is the client’s responsibility to stay informed by reviewing these descriptions regularly. Non-compliance with any listed restrictions or disclaimers may lead to service suspension in accordance with our Abuse and Fair Use Policies.
• VPS Services - VPS and dedicated services are allocated restricted resources. To ensure compliance and the continued provision of services, clients must adhere to acceptable and fair use policies.
• Bot Hosting Service - Clients using our Bot Hosting Services must operate within the fair use boundaries defined by Discord’s Terms of Service and Developer Policies. Any activity that attempts to bypass or exploit Discord’s rate limits—whether intentional, through automated testing, stress testing, spamming, self-pings, mass DM/mention loops, or other misuse—is strictly prohibited. Bots must not engage in unauthorized scraping, flooding, malicious command loops, or any form of abuse that may trigger Discord’s anti-abuse systems. Clients are also forbidden from deploying bots intended for phishing, token grabbers, mass advertising, or any other disruptive or unethical behavior. All bots must be used for legitimate purposes only. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services, without prior notice, as per our Abuse and Fair Use Policies.
All promotional discounts are provided on an “as-is” basis and may be modified or revoked at any time at the sole discretion of the service provider. Any service receiving a recurring discount will automatically revert to standard pricing if the discount is canceled, suspended, or reviewed. The provider reserves the right to remove or deny discounts for any specific product or client without prior notice. Misuse of discount codes—such as repeatedly creating new services to exploit the same promotional offer—is strictly prohibited and will be considered abuse, potentially resulting in service suspension or termination. Discount codes may not be reused, shared, or manipulated to obtain unauthorized pricing advantages. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to services purchased before the promotion and are non-refundable. Additionally, discounts do not apply to services that are later refunded. All discounts are time-limited, tied to seasonal or special promotions, and may expire or change without notice.
To maintain a high standard of service quality and reliability, all clients are expected to use services responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited: engaging in hacking attempts such as unauthorized access, port or stealth scanning, phishing, or any network intrusion; hosting or distributing files that violate copyright, intellectual property rights, or are not lawfully purchased; spamming, including bulk unsolicited emails or unauthorized commercial messaging, as well as operating open SMTP relays for such purposes; uploading or linking to content that violates an individual’s privacy or publicity rights; distributing hate speech or content that is obscene, abusive, libelous, defamatory, or otherwise offensive; storing or distributing child pornography, bestiality, or any material considered illegal under applicable law, all of which will be reported to relevant authorities; hosting adult or pornographic content, including lewd, obscene, or satanic material in any form; using services for CDN streaming or bandwidth-heavy content delivery; making or threatening DDoS attacks or engaging in doxing; hosting, selling, or distributing stolen or generated account credentials, game codes, license keys, or other digital goods obtained through illegitimate or illegal means. Any client found involved in such activities will face immediate termination of services without notice and will not be eligible for a refund.
By utilizing our hosting services, you expressly commit to adhering to the guidelines articulated in our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). This pivotal document, readily available on our website, outlines the rules and parameters governing the judicious and responsible use of our services, while concurrently prohibiting activities deemed incompatible with our community standards.
If any provision of this agreement is deemed illegal, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be interpreted, to the extent permissible, in a manner that reflects the original intent of both parties. The parties further agree to replace any invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable provision that closely aligns with the original intent and purpose of the clause deemed void or unenforceable.
While Endercloud wholeheartedly provides technical support for issues specifically related to our hosting services, it is imperative to underscore that we bear no responsibility for issues arising from third-party plugins or modifications. Users are encouraged to exercise due diligence in evaluating and troubleshooting any issues stemming from external modifications to ensure optimal server performance.
The dynamic nature of the digital landscape necessitates our reservation of the right to modify these Terms of Service at any juncture. Any such modifications will be promptly disseminated through our official website. It is incumbent upon you to periodically review these Terms, recognizing that your continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes an implicit acceptance of the revised terms.
